Providing core cutting in RSPS#2 project area at TNPL Unit I

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL), which owns and successfully operates a 200,000 tpa Multilayer Coated Board Mill at Mondipatti, Trichy District (Unit 2) in the
State of Tamil Nadu, India, is embarking upon a Mill Expansion Plan.
TNPL invites sealed Bids for design, engineering supply of 12 tpd Integrated Process Technology based Chlorine Dioxide Plant including Spare Parts, Supervision of Erection, Start-
up and Commissioning, as per the scope specified in the Bid Document. The Bidder shall be a reputed manufacturer having designed, manufactured and supplied at least two (2)
Chlorine Dioxide Plants complete with Integrated Process Technology of capacity not less than 10 tpd in the past ten (10) years, which are in successful operation.
The average turnover of the bidder shall not be less than Euro 200 million in each of the last three (3) completed financial years. A complete set of Bid Document may be
purchased by any Interested vendor on the submission of a written application to TNPL and upon payment of a non-refundable fee (including GST) of US Dollars 420 or Euro 370
or Indian Rupees 30,000 by way of Banker's Cheque/Demand Draft in favour of Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited, payable at Trichy, from the following address:

A single stage, two-envelope (Technical Bid and Price Bid envelopes) bidding procedure will be followed. All Bids must be delivered to the above office of TNPL not later than 15.00
hours on 18th March 2019. Technical Bids will be opened at 16.00 hours on the same day in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
TNPL reserves the right to qualify the bids received and/or reject any or all the bids, without assigning any reasons therefor.
