SUPPLY OF LOW VOLTAGE MOTORS FOR TM#5 OF TNPL UNIT II

NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR  SUPPLY OF LOW VOLTAGE MOTORS FOR TM#5 OF TNPL UNIT II

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL), which owns and successfully operates a 200,000 tpa Multilayer Coated Board Mill at Mondipatti, Trichy District (Unit 2) in the State of Tamil Nadu, India, is embarking upon a Mill Expansion Plan.

TNPL invites Bids from eligible Bidders for “Supply of Low Voltage Motors for Tissue Machine#5 at TNPL Unit-II ” as per the scope of this Bid Document through E-Procurement portal (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app).

The bidding procedure is electronic bid submission through the website (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app) only. The bidder can logon to this website and view the invitation for Bids and details of works for which the bid is invited.

Qualification Criteria:

• The bidder shall be a reputed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) having designed, manufactured and supplied IE3 efficiency class – low voltage motors of at least 10,000 nos. of rating ranging from 2.2 to 750 kW in the past three (3) financial years (Apr 2021 – Mar 2024).
• The bidder shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) having designed, manufactured and supplied IE3 efficiency class – Low Voltage motors of at least 250 nos. of above 315 kW rating in the past five (5) financial years (Apr 2019 – Mar 2024).
• The bidder should have successfully executed atleast two (2) orders for supply of Low Voltage Motors with value not less than Rs.1 Crores each to any continuous process industry in the last five (5) financial years (Apr 2019 – Mar 2024).
• The bidder should have been registered and established since last 5 years. The financial results of the firm should be sound enough: it should not have suffered any financial loss for the preceding 3 years ending 31/03/2024. The firm shall enclose copy of audited balance sheet and profit & loss account statement.
• The bidder shall be an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer for Quality Management System.
