Design, Manufacture, Testing, Supply, Supervision of Installation & Commissioning of Quality Measurement System (QMS) for Tissue Machine#5 at TNPL UNIT-II

NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, TESTING, SUPPLY, SUPERVISION, OF INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING OF QUALITY MEASUREMENT SYSTEM (QMS) FOR TISSUE MACHINE#5 AT TNPL UNIT-II

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL), which owns and successfully operates a 200,000 tpa Multilayer Coated Board Mill at Mondipatti, Trichy District (Unit 2) in the State of Tamil Nadu, India, is embarking upon a Mill Expansion Plan.

TNPL invites Bids from eligible Bidders for “Design, Manufacture, Testing, Supply, Supervision, of Installation & Commissioning of Quality Measurement System (QMS) for Tissue Machine#5 at TNPL Unit-II ” as per the scope of this Bid Document through E-Procurement portal (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app).

The bidding procedure is electronic bid submission through the website (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app) only. The bidder can logon to this website and view the invitation for Bids and details of works for which the bid is invited.

Qualification Criteria:

• The bidder should be a globally reputed company with diversified presence in the industrial automation and has been in the business of QMS for not less than 10 years.
• The bidder should be a globally reputed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) having designed, manufactured, supplied and commissioned atleast five (5) QMS (scanner) systems for Tissue Machines, in the last five years.
• The bidder should also have experience of having interfaced the QMS system with third party control system.
• Bidder should ensure that the supplied QMS is the state-of-the-art model and spare & service support will be available for next 10-20 years.
• Bidder should have full time sales and QMS service expert team/office in India.
