NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR DESIGN, MANUFACTURE AND SUPPLY OF CENTRIFUGAL TYPE CONDENSATE TRANSFER PUMP WITH SPARES FOR RSPS#2 PROJECT AT TNPL – UNIT-I, KAGITHAPURAM, KARUR

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (hereinafter referred to as “TNPL”), owns and operates successfully a 400,000 tpa printing and writing paper mill at Kagithapuram and 200,000 tpa Multilayer paper board manufacturing unit at a Manapparai, Trichy District, in the State of Tamil Nadu, India, while the existing mill at Kagithapuram is referred as TNPL Unit – I.

TNPL invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Design, Manufacture and Supply of Centrifugal Type Condensate Transfer Pump with Spares (herein after called “Equipment) for RSPS#2 Project, as per the scope of this Bid Document through E-Procurement portal (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app).

The bidding procedure is electronic bid submission through the website (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app) only. The bidder can logon to this website and view the invitation for Bids and details of works for which the bid is invited.

Qualification Criteria:

• “The bidder shall be a reputed manufacturer of Centrifugal Pumps and should have executed at least two orders of value not less than Rs.10 lakh each in the past five (5) years (from Jan 2020 to Dec 2024) and that are in successful operation.
• Bidder must provide documentary evidence to demonstrate compliance with the qualification criteria”.
