Supply of Material, Fabrication at supplier works, transportation, erection and testing of Stainless Steel Tanks, VAT & Chutes for TM#5 of TNPL Unit II – Phase II

NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR SUPPLY OF MATERIAL, FABRICATION AT SUPPLIER WORKS, TRANSPORTATION, ERECTION AND TESTING OF STAINLESS STEEL TANKS, VAT & CHUTES FOR TM#5 OF TNPL UNIT II – PHASE II

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL), which owns and successfully operates a 200,000 tpa Multilayer Coated Board Mill at Mondipatti, Trichy District (Unit 2) in the State of Tamil Nadu, India, is embarking upon a Mill Expansion Plan.

TNPL invites Bids from eligible Bidders for “Supply of Material, Fabrication at supplier works, transportation, erection and testing of Stainless Steel Tanks, VAT & Chutes for TM#5 of TNPL Unit II – Phase II” as per the scope of this Bid Document through E-Procurement portal (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app).

The bidding procedure is electronic bid submission through the website (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app) only. The bidder can logon to this website and view the invitation for Bids and details of works for which the bid is invited.

Qualification Criteria:

The Bidder should be a ISO 9001 certified fabricator, supplier & erector of SS Tank items. Bidder should have their own workshop for manufacture and should have fabricated, supplied and erected atleast one order for SS items like tanks / silos / vats & chutes or channels etc., with material supply for a value not less than Rs.200 lakhs in the last (5) five years. The annual turnover shall be not less than Fifteen (15) Crore in the last five years.

The bidder shall provide the documentary evidence for meeting the above qualification criteria.
