NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR SUPPLY OF LV PCC, MCC AND IMCC PANELS FOR RSPS#2 IN TNPL UNIT-I

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (hereinafter referred to as “TNPL”) own and operates an integrated pulp and paper manufacturing facility at Kagithapuram  and Mondipatti in the state of Tamil Nadu. The paper mill manufactures different varieties of paper and is one of the major producers of newsprint, board and fine papers in India.

TNPL invites Bids from eligible Bidders for “SUPPLY OF LV PCC, MCC AND IMCC PANELS FOR RSPS#2 IN TNPL UNIT-I”, as per the scope of this Bid Document through E-Procurement portal (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app).

The bidding procedure is electronic bid submission through the website (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app) only. The bidder can logon to this website and view the invitation for Bids and details of works for which the bid is invited.

Qualification Criteria:

The bidder shall be an Original Component (ACBs, MCCBs, SFUs, Contactors & Intelligent motor protection relays) Manufacturer (OCM) having designed, manufactured and supplied LV PCC & MCC panels of atleast 500 nos. rating upto 5000 Amps in the past ten (10) years.
The bidder should also having designed, manufactured at their own workshop or at their authorized and approved manufacturing facility and supplied fully type tested assembly (TTA) as per IEC 61439 draw-out LV Intelligent MCC (IMCC) Modules of atleast 2,000 nos. rating from 2.2KW to 250KW in the last five (5) financial years (Apr’ 2019 to Mar’ 2024), which are in successful operation. The bidder should also have experience of establishing communication with the plant control system (DCS) and provide references where IMCC was used with direct ETHERNET IP connectivity (without any converter) for control and monitoring purpose in DCS.

The bidder should have successfully executed atleast three (3) orders for supply of IMCC panels with value not less than Rs.5 Crores each in the last five (5) financial years (Apr’ 2019 to Mar’ 2024) for any of the continuous process industry application.

The bidder shall provide the documentary evidence for meeting the above qualification criteria along with technical bid.
