Supply of Chemicals and Chemical Preparation System for TM#5 of TNPL Unit II

NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR SUPPLY OF CHEMICALS AND CHEMICAL PREPARATION SYSTEM FOR TM#5 OF TNPL UNIT II

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL), which owns and successfully operates a 200,000 tpa Multilayer Coated Board Mill at Mondipatti, Trichy District (Unit 2) in the State of Tamil Nadu, India, is embarking upon a Mill Expansion Plan.

TNPL invites Bids from eligible Bidders for “Supply of Chemicals and Chemical Preparation System for TM#5 of TNPL Unit II” as per the scope of this Bid Document through E-Procurement portal (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app).

The bidding procedure is electronic bid submission through the website (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app) only. The bidder can logon to this website and view the invitation for Bids and details of works for which the bid is invited.

Qualification Criteria:

Bidder should be a globally reputed total Chemical Management supplier for a    Tissue Paper Machine and should have service support facility within India.

Bidder should have successful partnership with Tissue Paper mills for a minimum 3 Tissue Paper Mills as of April 2025 and should have existing contract valid for another 6 months from April 2025.

Bidder should also submit proven track records (PTR) that the chemical is working well.

The bidder shall provide the documentary evidence for meeting the above qualification criteria.
