NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR Supply and Replacement of internals in ESP Field # I of Power Boiler#6 at TNPL Unit-I, Kagithapuram, Karur

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (hereinafter referred to as “TNPL”), owns and operates successfully a 400,000 tpa printing and writing paper mill at Kagithapuram and 200,000 tpa Multilayer paper board manufacturing unit at a Manapparai, Trichy District, in the State of Tamil Nadu, India, while the existing mill at Kagithapuram is referred as TNPL Unit – I.

TNPL invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Replacement of internals in ESP Field # I of Power Boiler#6 at TNPL Unit-I, as per the scope of this Bid Document through E-Procurement portal (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app).

The bidding procedure is electronic bid submission through the website (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app) only. The bidder can logon to this website and view the invitation for Bids and details of works for which the bid is invited.

Qualification Criteria:

• The Bidder should be a reputed Manufacturer / Supplier / Contractor who have carried out manufacture / supply, erection, testing and commissioning towards  new /  revamping of atleast two (2) Electrostatic Precipitators for Power Boilers / Waste Heat Recovery Boilers of capacity not less than 60 tph each, in the past ten (10) years (Oct 2015 – Sep 2025)”.

The bidder shall provide the documentary evidence for meeting the above qualification criteria.
