NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR RENDERING SERVICES FOR ERECTION AND START-UP OF PROPOSED TISSUE MACHINE OF TNPL UNIT II INCLUDING ISBL PIPING, ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION WORKS

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL), which owns and successfully operates a 200,000 tpa Multilayer Coated Board Mill at Mondipatti, Trichy District (Unit 2) in the State of Tamil Nadu, India, is embarking upon a Mill Expansion Plan.

TNPL invites Bids from eligible Bidders for “Rendering Services for Erection and Start-up of Proposed Tissue Machine of TNPL unit II including ISBL piping, Electrical & Instrumentation Works” as per the scope of this Bid Document through E-Procurement portal (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app).

The bidding procedure is electronic bid submission through the website (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app) only. The bidder can logon to this website and view the invitation for Bids and details of works for which the bid is invited.

Qualification Criteria:

The bidder shall be a reputed Tissue Paper Machine erector and should have erected at least one Tissue paper machine with Yankee Cylinder of production capacity of not less than 100 TPD that includes complete inplant piping in the past 10 years within India which are in successful operation.

The bidder should be capable of undertaking Electrical and Instrumentation works along with machinery erection.
