NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR Design, Manufacture, Supply, Supervision of erection and commissioning of HW Pulp Split/ Distribution system for Tissue Paper Machine (TM#5) at TNPL Unit II

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL), which owns and successfully operates a 200,000 tpa Multilayer Coated Board Mill at Mondipatti, Trichy District (Unit 2) in the State of Tamil Nadu, India, is embarking upon a Mill Expansion Plan.

TNPL invites Bids from eligible Bidders for “Design, Manufacture, Supply, Supervision of erection and commissioning of HW Pulp Split/ Distribution system for Tissue Paper Machine (TM#5) at TNPL Unit II” as per the scope of this Bid Document through E-Procurement portal (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app).

The bidding procedure is electronic bid submission through the website (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app) only. The bidder can logon to this website and view the invitation for Bids and details of works for which the bid is invited.

Qualification Criteria:

The Bidder shall be of reputed manufacturer having designed, manufacturing and supplied at least two (2) complete Hardwood Fibrelines (From Cooking upto and including ECF Bleaching) of bleached pulp capacity not less than 300 BD tpd during the last ten (10) years, which are in successful operation.
