Design, Manufacture, Supply of Tissue Machine Hall ventilation system, and their auxiliaries, spares, installation, erection, start-up and commissioning for the proposed Tissue Machine project

NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, SUPPLY OF TISSUE MACHINE HALL VENTILATION SYSTEM, AND THEIR AUXILIARIES, SPARES, INSTALLATION, ERECTION, START-UP AND COMMISSIONING FOR THE PROPOSED TISSUE MACHINE PROJECT OF TNPL UNIT-II

 Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL), which owns and successfully operates a 200,000 tpa Multilayer Coated Board Mill at Mondipatti, Trichy District (Unit 2) in the State of Tamil Nadu, India, is embarking upon a Mill Expansion Plan.

TNPL invites Bids from eligible Bidders for “Manufacture and Supply of Stainless Steel (SS) Pipe fittings for Tissue Machine of TNPL Unit-II ” as per the scope of this Bid Document through E-Procurement portal (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app).

The bidding procedure is electronic bid submission through the website (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app) only. The bidder can logon to this website and view the invitation for Bids and details of works for which the bid is invited.

Qualification Criteria:

The Bidder shall be a reputed contractor and/or manufacturer / supplier of Hall ventilation system having centrifugal, axial fans in hall ventilation system and should have supplied and erected fans and air distribution system for at least two (2) similar Ventilation systems for process industries like Pulp, Paper, Steel, Sugar industry etc., during the past ten (10) years (April 2015 to March 2025) and that are in successful operation.

The bidder shall provide the documentary evidence for meeting the above qualification criteria.
