NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of one (1) no. 800TR Steam Operated Vapour Absorption Machine (VAM) along with its accessories for RSPS#2 Project at TNPL Unit –I, KAGITHAPURAM, KARUR

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (hereinafter referred to as “TNPL”), owns and operates successfully a 400,000 tpa printing and writing paper mill at Kagithapuram and 200,000 tpa Multilayer paper board manufacturing unit at a Manapparai, Trichy District, in the State of Tamil Nadu, India, while the existing mill at Kagithapuram is referred as TNPL Unit – I.

TNPL invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of one (1) no. 800TR Steam Operated Vapour Absorption Machine (VAM) along with its accessories (herein after called “Equipment) for RSPS#2 Project, as per the scope of this Bid Document through E-Procurement portal (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app).

The bidding procedure is electronic bid submission through the website (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app) only. The bidder can logon to this website and view the invitation for Bids and details of works for which the bid is invited.

Qualification Criteria:

• “The bidder shall be reputed manufacturer having designed, supplied, installed, tested and commissioned steam operated Vapour Absorption Machine (VAM) based Chilled Water Systems and should have executed at least two (2) nos. of steam operated VAM of capacity not less than 500 TR, in the last five (5) years, which are in successful operation at least for the past one (1) year. Documentary Proof to this effect should be submitted by the bidder“.
