NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR DESIGN, MANUFACTURE AND SUPPLY OF TISSUE PAPER ROLL HANDLING AND AXIAL STRETCH FILM WRAPPING SYSTEM ALONG WITH AUXILIARIES, SPARES, SUPERVISION OF ERECTION, START-UP & COMMISSIONING FOR TM#5 OF TNPL UNIT II
Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL), which owns and successfully operates a 200,000 tpa Multilayer Coated Board Mill at Mondipatti, Trichy District (Unit 2) in the State of Tamil Nadu, India, is embarking upon a Mill Expansion Plan.
TNPL invites Bids from eligible Bidders for “Design, Manufacture and Supply of Tissue Paper Roll Handling and Axial Stretch Film Wrapping system along with auxiliaries, spares, supervision of erection, Start-up & Commissioning for TM#5 of TNPL Unit II” as per the scope of this Bid Document through E-Procurement portal (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app).
The bidding procedure is electronic bid submission through the website (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app) only. The bidder can logon to this website and view the invitation for Bids and details of works for which the bid is invited.
Qualification Criteria:
The bidder shall be a reputed manufacture of the roll handling system and should have supplied at least two (2) such systems for Tissue Paper / Printing & Writing Paper / Paper Board Rolls of Minimum Capacity 50 rolls/hr. with automation during past ten (10) years, which are in successful operation.
