Design, Manufacture and Supply of High Pressure (HP) Steam Distribution Header for RSPS#2 Project at TNPL Unit-I

 NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR  DESIGN, MANUFACTURE AND SUPPLY OF HIGH PRESSURE (HP) STEAM DISTRIBUTION HEADER FOR RSPS#2 PROJECT AT TNPL UNIT – I 

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL), which owns and operates a 4,00,000 tpa printing and writing paper mill at Kagithapuram (Unit-I) in the State of Tamil Nadu, India.

TNPL invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the for  “Design, Manufacture and Supply of High Pressure (HP) Steam Distribution Header for RSPS#2 Project at TNPL Unit – I”, as per the scope of this Bid Document through E-Procurement portal (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app).

The bidding procedure is electronic bid submission through the website (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app) only.  The bidder can logon to this website and view the invitation for Bids and details of Materials / Works for which the bid is invited.

Qualification Criteria:

“The Bidder shall be a IBR approved manufacturer of Steam headers and should have supplied atleast One (1) Steam header of pressure rating not less than 104 Kg/cm²(g) (Working Pressure) and Steam temperature of 525 ^OC and above, with a diameter not less than 400 mm and length not less than 5000 mm, in the past ten (10) years. Documentary Proof to this effect should be submitted by the bidder”.
