NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR FABRICATION, ERECTION AND TESTING OF CARBON STEEL TANK FOR CONDENSATE STORAGE AT SITE WITH NECESSARY FITTINGS & PLATFORMS FOR RSPS#2 PROJECT OF TNPL – UNIT-I,, KAGITHAPURAM, KARUR

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (hereinafter referred to as “TNPL”), owns and operates successfully a 400,000 tpa printing and writing paper mill at Kagithapuram and 200,000 tpa Multilayer paper board manufacturing unit at a Manapparai, Trichy District, in the State of Tamil Nadu, India, while the existing mill at Kagithapuram is referred as TNPL Unit – I.

TNPL invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Fabrication, Erection and Testing of  Carbon Steel Tank for Condensate Storage  at site with all necessary fittings (herein after called “Equipment) for RSPS#2 Project, as per the scope of this Bid Document through E-Procurement portal (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app).

The bidding procedure is electronic bid submission through the website (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app) only. The bidder can logon to this website and view the invitation for Bids and details of works for which the bid is invited.

Qualification Criteria:

• The bidder should be a reputed contractor and have experience in fabrication, erection & Testing of CS Tanks at site, with the materials supplied by Purchaser. The Bidder should have executed atleast two(2) orders for fabrication and erection of CS Tanks at Purchaser site of value not less than Rs. 10 lakhs each in the last Five (5) years (from Nov 2019 to Dec 2024).
• The average annual turnover of the Bidder in the last three (3) years (from Apr 2021 to Mar 2024) shall not be less than Rs. 25 lakhs.
•  Bidder must provide documentary evidence to demonstrate compliance with these qualification criteria”.
