NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR  Design, Engineering, supply, packing & forwarding, erection, startup and commissioning of Fuel Handling Plant and auxiliaries for RSPS#2 at TNPL Unit I.

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (hereinafter referred to as “TNPL”), owns and operates successfully a 400,000 tpa printing and writing paper mill at Kagithapuram and 200,000 tpa Multilayer paper board manufacturing unit at a Manapparai, Trichy District, in the State of Tamil Nadu, India, while the existing mill at Kagithapuram is referred as TNPL Unit – I.

TNPL invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Design, Engineering, Supply, Packing & Forwarding, Erection, Startup and Commissioning of Fuel Handling Plant and auxiliaries at TNPL Unit I, as per the scope of this Bid Document through E-Procurement portal (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app).

The bidding procedure is electronic bid submission through the website (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app) only. The bidder can logon to this website and view the invitation for Bids and details of works for which the bid is invited.

Qualification Criteria:

• The Bidder should be a reputed supplier of Coal Handling systems and should have commissioned atleast one (1) order for design, engineering, supply, erection and commissioning of Coal handling system with Screens and Crushers of capacity not less than 150 TPH and order value not less than Rs 15 crores in the past five (5) years (Jan 2019 – Dec 2023), which are in successful operation for not less than six (6) months from the commissioning date. The bidder shall submit necessary documentary proof to this effect along with the Technical Bid. 

• The average annual turnover for the bidder for the last five (5) completed financial years shall not be less than Rs.20 Crore. The bidder shall submit necessary documentary proof to this effect along with the Technical Bid”.
