GLOBAL NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR  Design, Manufacture, Supply of two nos. of Fully Automatic Exercise Notebook Conversion Machine and its Auxiliaries, Spares and Supervision of Erection, Start-up & Commissioning for TNPL Mayanur Plant

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (hereinafter referred to as “TNPL”), owns and operates successfully a 400,000 tpa printing and writing paper mill at Kagithapuram and 200,000 tpa Multilayer paper board manufacturing unit at a Manapparai, Trichy District, in the State of Tamil Nadu, India, while the existing mill at Kagithapuram is referred as TNPL Unit – I.

TNPL invites Bids from eligible Bidders for “Design, Manufacture, Supply of two nos. of Fully Automatic Exercise Notebook Conversion Machine and its Auxiliaries, Spares and Supervision of Erection, Start-up & Commissioning for TNPL Mayanur Plant” as per the scope of this Bid Document through E-Procurement portal (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app).

The bidding procedure is electronic bid submission through the website (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app) only. The bidder can logon to this website and view the invitation for Bids and details of works for which the bid is invited.

Qualification Criteria:

The bidder should be reputed Original Manufacturer for Fully Automatic Exercise Notebook Conversion Machine and its Auxiliaries and should have supplied at least two (2) nos. of Fully Automatic Exercise Note Book Conversion Machine of 400 MPM Web Speed with converting strokes of 60 Cycles/minute to any reputed converters /industries in the past five (5) years (Jan’2019 – Dec’2023) which are in successful operation for atleast six (6) months from the date of commissioning. The bidder shall submit necessary documents to this effect along with Technical Bid.
